Carol Huffman Kendrick was born and raised in Monroe, NC. She graduated from Monroe High School before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Paralegal

Brittany has been an integral part of Huffman & Kendrick, PLLC since 2012. She is usually the first point of contact for clients and is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of customer care, whether in person or on the phone. Brittany understands that people who need our services are usually facing a difficult situation and she takes pride in being a friendly, knowledgeable resource for our clients. A graduate of Kings College Paralegal program, Brittany was born and raised in Union County, where she lives with her husband and daughter.

In Memoriam Robert L. Huffman

Mr. Huffman passed away on March 13, 2013 following a lengthy illness. Mr. Huffman was born in Rowan County, North Carolina on June 3, 1932. He attended college at Appalachian State Teachers College before joining the United States Army and serving a tour of duty in Japan during the Korean War. Upon his return home, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving both a Master of Education and then his law degree.

His devotion to client-centered representation remains the focus of the firm he founded. He will be sorely missed.
